May 2021 feels so different than last May, am I right? By this time last year, we were 2.5 months into quarantine. What started as a 30 day lock down continued much longer than anyone expected. Within all the madness we had forgotten how grateful we were to be spending so much time with our family. Those fun nightly walks outside turned into nights inside staring at the refrigerator even though we just ate 30 minutes ago. All the books we were excited to get caught up on turned into hours wasted binge watching Netflix with Ben and Jerry. Shopping on Amazon was the new Happy Hour. Treadmills and Ellipticals became the mask drying rack. We abandoned our pre-Covid routines and picked up new one’s that involved spending too much money, eating too much food and becoming lazier than ever!
