Jacqueline Wales grew up in the School of Hard Knocks and witnessed first-hand many of the conditions that sabotage a person’s ability to succeed.
In hundreds of conversations with people over the years, she found a common thread: the fear of taking the next step. This motivated her to write and publish her 1st book – The Fearless Factor to help people who have struggled like she had. She followed that book up with – The Fearless Factor @ Work – to help skilled professionals let go of the fear of being seen as a fraud (imposter syndrome) so they can continue growing and succeeding in the work place.
