I’m a GenXpert in guiding and inspiring women of Gen X to live their best life!
After surviving nearly 25 years in corporate America, I am now living my purpose as a content creator, podcaster, and workshop facilitator.
Through my podcast, “Age Slayers with Traci Lynn,” I dive deep into topics that matter most to us – from embracing our evolving beauty that feels more vintage than Vogue, to tackling the complexities of menopause, caring for aging parents, and maintaining our health and mindset as we navigate the journey ahead.

Who Am I outside of being a Legacy Creator?
- Born in 1970, I am a mom and life partner to Jeff.
- I love 80’s Classic Rock, action movies, and being in bed by 8:00
- I enjoy shopping in real stores, a good glass of wine, and true crime documentaries.
- I live my best life by taking care of my physical, mental, and emotional health through exercise, mindset mastery, contributing to others, and finding things that make me laugh every day.
- I follow influencers such as Tony Robbins, Brene Brown, Simon Sinek, and Jay Shetty.
- I am inspired by everyday people who contribute with kindness, empathy, and selflessness to making the world a better place one small act at a time.
